In a prime location in the heart of Saas-Fee, nestled between two historic barns, the Tiny House IBEX awaits you – a stone building over 150 years old that uniquely combines alpine tradition, history, and modern comfort. With its contemporary design, high-quality materials, and meticulous attention to detail, the house now presents itself as a stylish retreat: compact in size, yet spacious in its living experience. A comprehensive renovation has breathed new life into the historic building, creating an exceptional and exclusive living experience.
With its 40 m² spread over two floors, the Tiny House IBEX offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Ideal for two people (in exceptional cases, up to three people with a sofa bed upon request), the house impresses with its well-thought-out spatial concept, timeless design, and high-quality, modern furnishings.
Experience the perfect balance of alpine tranquility and a central location: ski slopes, hiking trails, restaurants, and charming cafés are just steps away. A place to arrive, unwind, and enjoy the mountain scenery of Saas-Fee in all its beauty.
Small in size, big in experience
Ground floor
On the ground floor, you will find a stylishly designed living and dining area that harmoniously combines comfort and alpine charm. Amenities include a comfortable sofa , a large flat-screen TV with 7-day replay, a beautiful fireplace , and a dining table for up to four people .
The state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available, as well as a cheese and meat fondue set and a raclette oven – ideal for enjoyable evenings in a private atmosphere.
Upper floor
Upstairs you'll find the exclusive bedroom and an elegant bathroom with a shower. A particular highlight is the window overlooking the house's original historic stone wall – it tells stories from centuries past.

Free high-speed fiber optic internet with speeds up to 10 Gbit/s is available throughout the entire property.
iPad for browsing
Whether for work or entertainment, a free iPad is available for your use. Additionally, a Marshall speaker ensures top-notch music enjoyment.
Heated ski room
A heated ski room is available in the neighboring building Haus Lomatte, and the bus stop directly to the ski area is a 1-minute walk away.
Large garden
Directly adjacent is the Lomatte House (built in 1758), one of the oldest buildings in Saas-Fee. Guests of the Tiny House IBEX benefit from shared use of the garden of this historic house.
The Guardian of the IBEX
True to its name, an impressive copper ibex greets you in front of the Tiny House IBEX. Like a silent guardian, it warmly welcomes you and symbolically accompanies you throughout your stay.
